Omg, Ry did my hair a few weeks ago and I went in and wanted to tone down my dark hair. I asked for a carmelish color and that was about all I gave her. She did amazing! My hair doesn’t take to color well but she had so much patience and never made me feel rushed. I definitely found my new hair stylist! *This is the picture she took after and I couldn’t believe that was my hair. Looks soo good!

3 starts because the Service was great, I loved the girl who did my hair. However, the other 2 stars is because I can not justify the price I paid. I didn’t get a hair cut or trim & i didnt style it either. The hair stylist said that my hair could wait til next time for a cut. We just bleached the root grow out, toner, and blow dried. I spent 2.5 hours there for my hair, and i spent $320.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCatherine have my son his very first, big boy, haircut about a week ago. He is only 2 1/2, he moved around a tiny bit, but he was pretty well behaved and still for his first hair cut. I showed her about what style I wanted his long mop cut into and she seemed to understand right away and got to it. She did such a good job! She is so kind! His haircut was perfect and we love it! Not expensive, but it would have been well worth it had it been due to the Salon quality and experience! Will be going back, for my littles and I may even make this my home salon as well! Catherine have my son his very first, big boy, haircut about a week ago. He is only 2 1/2, he moved around a tiny bit, but he was pretty well behaved and still for his first hair cut. I showed her about what style I wanted his long mop cut into and she seemed to understand right away and got to it. She did such a good job! She is so kind! His haircut was perfect and we love it! Not expensive, but it would have been well worth it had it been due to the Salon quality and experience! Will be going back, for my littles and I may even make this my home salon as well! Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent to get the “red” out of the back of my hair. She tried to match the dark to blend with my gray. Appt was at 12:30, did not get out of there till close 5. They charged my friend, who has two kids, works to jobs, $260.00!! About 2 1/2 days later, I washed my hair, the dye ran out like crazy. My hair was red on both sides, especially the right. I don’t recommend this place at all. The girl also put a toner in my hair, and I think that’s the reason it came back red. Went to get the “red” out of the back of my hair. She tried to match the dark to blend with my gray. Appt was at 12:30, did not get out of there till close 5. I had an appointment with Ryan and she did amazing. Granted all I wanted was a trim to get off all my overgrown dead ends and whatnot off, but I appreciated that she didn’t push for products, things I wasn’t to interested in doing to my hair or make an in-genuine effort to talk? I’m not really a talker, more of an in-and-out kind of girl and what conversations we did have in my 15-20 minutes at the salon I appreciated. The salon was clean and bright with sunlight.

I was charged $260 for foil from the ears down. This also took almost 4 hrs for the stylist to complete! I think she had cancellations so she took all day and I paid for it. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be returning EVER! I had a perm and cut that did not take that long to complete and cost around the same. I feel absolutely taken advantage of being charged over 400$ for a cut, perm and color.

Critical: ProfessionalismI called salon 701 to find out how much it would cost to get me and my 3 year old boy and haircut. They said it would be 35 for me and 15 for him. This service took less then 45 mins for 1 person to do both our cuts I got maybe an inch cut off and my son just got his hair buzzed back down, well when it comes to paying they ended up charging me $50 for my hair trim and $20 for his. I told them when I called I was told a different price and she said they all have different rates. I made the appointment in the same phone conversation of asking how much it was , it should have been said they have different rates depending on who you get but they didnt. I definitely do not feel I had a $70 service done and I feel like they scammed me.
