Sport Clips Haircuts of Bartlett

Critical: Punctuality, QualityCame in and they told me someone would be with me in just a moment, which is great because I was in a rush. 3 employees present and only 2 customers in the middle of haircuts. Well apparently the third doesn’t cut hair, and I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes now. Watched one employee stop the haircut for more than 5 minutes because they were so invested i. The personal conversation they were having with the customer. I just had someone in front of me cut the whole line, I’m guessing because he just needs a trim? Apparently that warrants cutting to the front of the line? I decided 15 minutes ago that’s all I had time for but nobody asked or checked in with me since I got here. Came in and they told me someone would be with me in just a moment, which is great because I was in a rush. 3 employees present and only 2 customers in the middle of haircuts. Well apparently the third doesn’t cut hair, and I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes now. Watched one employee stop the haircut for more than 5 minutes because they were so invested i. It’s their favoriteesp with the VIP experiences. Never had an issue.. until now. We will never be back to this location. 1. I checked in online before leaving our house which is about 15 minutes away. Said we would have a 16 and 20 minute wait. Great. Got there and had to wait another 20 minutes. 2. Both boys haircuts are messed up and my youngest can’t even be fixed. I feel so bad for both of them. Took my 2 boys to get their hair cut yesterday. We just moved to the area 2 months ago and have always used Sport Clip even back home for them. It’s their favoriteesp with the VIP experiences. Never had an issue.. until now. We will never be back to this location. 1. I checked in online before leaving our house which is about 15 minutes away. Said we would have a 16 and 20 minute wait. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityCalled shop and was kindly guided to check-in online…was notified progress towards appt time. Arrived and was greeted kindly, shop was clean and presentable. Christina cut my hair and I love my finished style! Also enjoyed a shampoo and hot towel treatment!Service: Hairstyling

Critical: QualityWorst hair cut I’ve ever had. Specifically told the “barber” (if they’re even qualified to cut hair) to not touch the top of my hair since I’ve been growing it out and to not thin anything out. She turned the chair around so I couldn’t see her cutting me then cut off all the hair on my head and thinned it all out. Spent maybe 5 minutes total on the entire hair cut and took a 1 guard to the top of my head for a “fade.” I was skeptical to even go to sports clips in the first place and now they have ensured I will never go there again. You are better off letting your grandmother with Parkinson’s cut your hair in an old shaky truck on the highway than getting a semi decent haircut from this place.Worst hair cut I’ve ever had.
