Went in to get my haircut Saturday morning. The stylist rushed through my cut and hurried me out of the place before I had time to check my haircut. When I got to my car I notice that it was way off, went right back in to get it fixed was told I had to wait, they made me wait for them to cut someone else’s hair to get it fixed even though I came back in and they had other stylist’s available. Then the hairstylist went from bad to worse and messed up my hair cut even more. Very unhappy with it, will not be coming back.

Been going to Alpha for years! Tried a few barber shops in the Memphis/Bartlett area for a while, never finding anyone that could get my cut right consistently…until Alpha. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best cut they can get for a great price. All the barbers are fantastic!
