Didn’t offer shampoo even though it was on the list. Brought my 76 yr old grandma in that just had a stroke..really just wanted her to relax while she got her hair washed/scalp massaged, more so than I wanted the trim. If the restrictions were listed “last week” like the lady said, why aren’t they doing shampoos ? Maybe it’s just me but I feel like you’re 10x more likely to catch COVID being all up in someone’s face during a haircut. But that’s just me ♀️. Said their shampoo service would be available “eventually” . Why is it listed as a service ? It took me an eternity to get my grandma out of the house with her anxiety and her just having her second stroke, it’ll be another year before I can get her out again. Just wanted something nice for her. I don’t know how much time she has left I just lost my mom to the same thing, less than 6 months ago and now she’s having strokes too. Could have just washed her hair.

This was my first time getting my haircut in a salon in yrs. I had a great experience. The staff was really nice. I had a wonderful woman named Robin cut my hair. It looks great n I love it. She told me if I didn’t like it n wanted it shorter than I could come back the next day n she would fix it. But I haven’t had to go back because the haircut is beautiful n exactly what I wanted. Plus it wasn’t expensive.

Tina is an all star! There was five people waiting and she was the only one working (because her partner had to go on lunch). She was trying her darnedest to get everyone taken care of. There was older “gentleman” that came in and had checked in online and was mad because he had to wait. She explained this was because others had checked in before him… I assume that he thought if you checked in online that you get to skip the entire line.. which for the most part if I get there when my app says too I haven’t had any problem. But this time.. as common sense would tell you, he had to wait.. she handled the situation as best as she could. He wouldn’t drop it and she finally after a while told him to leave and she wasn’t cutting his hair. YOU GO GIRL! Proud of you and the amazing cut you gave me!

I am black with black natural curl hair. Normally I go to the Great Clips in Bristol,va, but I recently found out they are closed so I went to this one in question. The lady was very nice and friendly, but I could tell she was very unfamiliar with cutting my hair… I wasn’t asking for anything special just a fade… instead I got a lopsided mess. I told her one side didn’t match the other and she tried to fix it, but still managed to not fix it right…. I wasn’t asking for anything special, but just a haircut that looked even…. honestly wished she just said she didn’t feel comfortable cutting my hair and let me move on to somewhere else.

My son and I both had haircuts here and it was very close to closing. The stylists there didn’t at all seem put off by having to work a few minutes past closing. They both did a great job! This was also one of the cleanest hair shops I’ve been in. Highly recommend!
