They know what to do with all sorts of styles and hair textures. The managers more specifically (becky) is always professional, kind and understanding. I’ve been coming to sport’s clips for over 5 years, and the service has continuously gone downhill since the beginning. The past 2 haircuts have been terrible, one I paid for and one today that was on the house to make up for the last one. I will not be returning and giving my money to this business anymore. My husband has been going to this location for a long time, and seen a fair share of people come and go and have always had a great experience. The last couple months however everyone just looks like they dont want to be there. The stylist that did his hair last must have been new since he had never seen her before even though he never went to a particular person. Honestly the worst haircut hes ever had, the buzzers were brought way too high, was rough with them too, and she rushed the mvp. To top it off she rang him up for a product without asking him. We will never be going back after that experience, hopefully the other location we will have a better experience.

Busy day planned, holiday weekend, lots to do. Grabbed an early start, figured I’d get my haircut first thing. You can’t check in online until the store is open. Only 30 minutes til they open, may as well wait there. 10 minutes after I’m sitting there another guy pulls up to wait. 5 minutes before the door opens a man and his 2 sons hopped out of the truck and waltzed right past us and enter the shop before the open sign is even on. Well I head in and my wait was over 45 minutes because she took them first. I complained that I had already waited 30 minutes. Sorry they were in first. Well I know I’m only 1 haircut out of a thousand and my money won’t be missed, but they lost me forever.
