I registered on line and was instructed to arrive at 3:23 pm. I arrive at 3:10 and was informed that I still have a wait of 1 hr 3 minutes. When I questioned as to why, they just asked me if I wanted them to remove me from the list. I left and will never return. Better fix their on-line appointments. Haircut

Worst experience at this location. Have visited many times, this topped the cake. Checked in online at 1:06pm and wait time was 127 minutes. Wait time kept getting pushed back to eventually being around 4pm. At 3:47 I got the 15 minute warning. At 3:55 I got both the batter up and the cancellation text as I was walking in the door. Didn’t realize I had been cancelled and proceeded to check in and noticed I was now at the bottom of the list. Brought it to someone’s attention after being ignored for 7 minutes and was told the system was being wonky and they have no control on their end. Except I’m smart enough to know that they control the batter up text messages and cancellation text and it was in fact an employee to decided to go ahead and cancel my reservation. And even having text message proof of the timeline, the person in charge could have cared less to try to accommodate and started complaining about how 18 people were currently checked in and unsure how they were supposed to get through all of them in 2 hours.

Older woman who butchered.my hair seemed drunk. Hands were very shaky, had that thin alcoholic skin. Told her three times that she wasn’t cutting a straight line, showed her exactly where to cut it and she decided to argue with me. Definitely not worth the time. Ended up coming home and fixing what she screwed up myself. Haircut

Came for a haircut and waited an hour and a half. Only to get home and notice that my neckline was completely crooked and she missed one whole side of my neck. I could have done a better job cutting my own hair. I called to complain and they told me to come back at noon the next day and they would get me in with no wait as I would be using my lunch break to do this. Well, I’m sitting here waiting because they said something came up.I’ve used Sportsclips quite a bit over the years, but definitely will not from this point on.

Worse experience EVER with Sports clips. The wait time exceeded 30 minutes from my ‘on deck’ time. I’d even checked in on line arrived 2 minutes early. I witnessed three employees but only one cutting hair. The other employee was actually standing at the counter with her eyes closed. The literally took a walk in before us and that’s when I left. Terrible!
