I had an appointment set for 1pm here. I arrive with two other people waiting for cuts and people already in every seat. After 15 min, the barber I had an appointment with finally finished. He didn’t say anything and just grabbed the next person waiting. Don’t have reservation systems if you aren’t going to use them. Also, no offense, but I was not impressed by the cuts I was seeing.

The only redeeming thing about my haircut was the fade I got. The barber I got did not know how to properly cut or style long straight hair. I told him I wanted a hard part, and the hard part should go where my hair naturally parted. He made it seem like he knew what I meant. He placed the hard part way too low and not where my hair naturally parted. I brought that up and he tried to fix it, but he couldn’t. I had to go to another barbershop to fix my haircut after I leave.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy regular barber shop is still closed from Covid. Gave them a call to see if they take walk-ins. 20mins later im getting a cut by Charles and I can honestly say this is the best cut I’ve had in years. Highly recommended, affordable, and i will be going back.
