Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI just moved to town in March. I have been Grey for over a decade now. I have gone up until COVID every 3 to 4 weeks to touch up. I vainly went in for a root touch up and highlights yesterday. So because admittedly I had been root touching up my root during covid like I have done beautifully in my life. Together we picked out a color assuming from her it was fine.. Three and a half hours later this is what happened. My Grey roots were dyed a light cotton candy pink. She said dont worry. Then highlighted my dark hair with cotton candy roots. My highlights mixed in with light pink roots and my dark hair color. I could tell she was scrambling. She then blamed my grey hair for not taking color, it was raining outside so blamed the rain and dark room? I rarely ever say anything but I said I was un happy. It was clearly after closing time so she rushed to pull threw dark drown/black on roots and pulled threw highlights? I ended up with ash old washed out highlight three toned colored hair? I just moved to town in March. I have been Grey for over a decade now. I have gone up until COVID every 3 to 4 weeks to touch up. I vainly went in for a root touch up and highlights yesterday.
