Selin Hair Studio was excellent. Highly recommend. The staff were personable and able to schedule an appointment that worked for me, quickly. Mila cut my hair after talking to me about my thoughts and what I wanted. She included me at each stage to make sure I liked it. She was very detail oriented and thorough. She knew what she was doing and made me feel confident about my decisions. And she gave her honest opinion which was appreciated! The whole experience was lovely and I will be going back! They have experience and are down to earth.

I have never been super picky about my hair and would just go to whatever studio had an available stylist the day I wanted a cut. However, after going to Kim at Selin Hair Studio, I don’t want to go anywhere else! I never realized what a difference a haircut can make until I started seeing her. My hair has never looked better! I’m not thrilled with the service here. I went once for a bang trim. Then I tried to set up an appointment for a cut and highlights but was told they thought getting highlights one shade lighter than my natural color was going to be a color correction. I offered to stop in quickly for them to see my hair in person, and they didn’t quite say no to me stopping by, but they reiterated that they were pretty sure they couldn’t do it. At that point I decided I was tired of feeling like I was begging them to do my hair. So I walked right past them to the next salon down the street, where they saw me that day for the cut and highlights and repeatedly laughed that another salon thought it would be a color correction.

Every time I come in, she remembers me and is super welcoming. She has extreme attention to detail and is just so friendly. She will make you want to come back each and every time. I have also had the male stylist (sorry I can’t remember his name!) and he is great too! He also had a great attention to detail and was very nice. I have long hair, and a typical cut for me is $80 before tip. It is worth every penny. The place is extremely clean and they are doing great with adherence to Covid guidelines! She has extreme attention to detail and is just so friendly. She will make you want to come back each and every time.
