Positive: QualityI’ve gotten about 6-7 keratin treatments but the one Nadia gave me was by far the best one. I’m only going to go to her from now on. I have very long hair that’s semi-thick so I was expecting to have to pay extra, which I found to be absolutely reasonable at $35. Also, a friend had cut my curly hair during covid and did a horrible job. I’ve gotten about 6-7 keratin treatments but the one Nadia gave me was by far the best one. I’m only going to go to her from now on. I have very long hair that’s semi-thick so I was expecting to have to pay extra, which I found to be absolutely reasonable at $35. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a great stylist who moved away and found Nadia by using a Groupon voucher and stayed with her ever since. She listens to what you want but also makes great suggestions. She’s the best because in the past most hair stylists would make my highlights too light and she’s highlights it the right shade. Also, she gives me a great light layered haircut for my thick heavy hair every time I see her. I completely recommend her!Side note- I see that someone left a 1 star review for charging more for thick hair when using a Groupon. Nadia is a caring talented professional who happens to be an exceptional hair stylist. I discovered her after drifting from hairdresser to hairdresser for a decade, and am so glad to have found someone I will return to again and again! She listens to you and follows your guidelines – many stylists either do not listen, cut too much hair, or otherwise do not execute your vision. She does. She is not very expensive either.

Halfway through the technician states “You have thick hair, I will have to charge you an extra $15”. Really? You do that AFTER you already started?! That is shady. Then, the technician asks if my wife wants her hair blowdried. My wife says yes, as it is part of the Groupon. The technician again says “Well, that will be an additional $20 due to your thick hair.” Again, that should have been told to my wife before she even began! My wife immediately got up, paid the extra $15 for the surprise mid-treatment color upcharge, and walked out.
