I don’t want to rewrite all the things that happened so this is what i sent the stylist directly: me and kaiya are just annoyed with how our hair turned out given the amount of money we spent. her haircut was completely uneven one side was like an inch shorter than the other and that fact you gave her something completely different then mine considering she asked for exactly what i got. i get that mine didn’t lift as well but you literally gave me e-girl strands. they weren’t “money pieces”. literally got made fun of at work. it was honestly really lazy work. there was a distinct line from my natural hair to when you bleached it. i have pictures. kaiya as well as i are disappointed with how it turned out because kaiya has the same lazy strands running through her hair as well. also for future reference if you’re having a conversation with a client i would respond back to what they say/ not only actually care when it’s a conversation about yourself. the awkward silence made our 6 hour session feel like 10. i went to another salon and they fixed my hair completely. even my new colorist was pointing out all of your mistakes in my hair and now it’s never looked better. i didn’t realize how terrible of an experience it was until after i went to a more professional salon. i just hope you learn from this and give future clients a better experience.
