Could not be happier with Samantha’s work on my blonde hair! The color has been perfect; balanced, natural, and long lasting. She turned me on to my new favorite shampoo and conditioner, which I will never stray from again. She is also just so pleasant and friendly it makes the process of getting your hair done for hours so fun. She colored and cut both my hair (blonde) and my maid of honor’s hair (red) this past October for my wedding and I was so pleased with how both turned out in real life and in photos. Could not recommend Samantha and Smitten more!

I got a last minute desperate-for-a-change haircut and got a junior stylist but she was amazing! The service was impeccable and detailed. Having everything including shampoo, scalp massage, blow dry, and styling included in the price reduced the stress of having to think about it in the moment.

I have been going to Smitten for over 2 years and have never had a bad experience! I get full highlights and cuts from Ashley. I love all of cuts, my hair sits so much better and is much more manageable. I’m obsessed with the color too!! She always nails my blonde and we have such good conversations! She is the sweetest! UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK!!!! You know I’m really disappointed with what has come to this place. I’ve been coming here for years and love the owners. Unfortunately they’re completely booked for months out now so had to book with other stylists. I made an appointment for last week and they called me because Ryan was sick and wasn’t able to do it. I had to change all my plans around to make the appointment for today with a different person. Then I just receive a call from Smitten from a girl who seemed very snooty and out right RUDE!! She’s saying that I was supposed to be there at 2 when I have written down for 3 and said that they would be charging me for today or I could come in and get a blow dry??? When I’m supposed to be getting a full highlight? Should I charge them for the girl being sick and ruining my schedule? No I was very polite and understanding. Now once again not able to have my hair done. The girl who works the front desk put a BAD taste in my mouth. I will not be paying for anything I didn’t get done and definitely will dispute the charge and never be coming back thanks to the very poor customer service and charging for work that was never done..
