This was by far the worst haircut I’ve ever had. About a year ago this place knew how to cut hair. When I went in today, the lady at the front desk said Hi to me and then when I said I’m doing great how are you? She didn’t answer back. I’m unsure if she knew me from someone or somewhere and didn’t like me or was new or what but she was RUDE and NOT PROFESSIONAL OR FRIENDLY. That should have been my warning not to get my hair cut by her. She told me to follow her, so I did. I was trying to get my hair cut for donating it to planet hair for kids with cancer. I told her this and she asked her manager if I got it for free. This should have been my second warning as you get what you pay for. I didn’t need it or really want it for free. I just wanted my hair cut so I could get it to planet hair.

Critical: ProfessionalismI understand the need for some changes due to the pandemic, but the new policy of one person back is ridiculous. I tried to get my 14 month old a haircut, but he is not able to sit in the chair by himself, so he could not be serviced. Do you know how dangerous that would be for a young child? He has never had a haircut and you want to cut his hair with basically a weapon close to his head and expect him to sit still.
