First time bringing my girls to a Pigtails and Crewcuts and will definitely use again. The facility was clean, and the stylist and receptionist were all very friendly. Our stylist Lindsey did a great job with our toddler’s first real haircut. The play area made it easy for my kiddo to adjust while waiting. My girls loved being able to pick out new bows to take home in their hair after their cuts. I appreciated our stylist quietly asking me first if the kids could have a lolly before offering them.The extra details like having a familiar movie on in the background and special rewards like a treasure box made all the difference in a successful haircut experience for us.

Even though my son was an absolute terror during his 1st hair cut, Paula was a delight to work with. She was so gentle with him even though he was constantly trying to evade her every snip. We left with an angry but very cute boy. His hair looks so sharp now. I purposely wanted to go to a children’s haircut place because I knew they would treat us right. I know if I took him somewhere else, it would have been an even worse event and he wouldn’t have the cute hair cut he has now. He also loved playing with the trucks and trains while we waited.

This is the place in the 757 to take your littles for their haircut! I’ve been to other locations of the same chain and had sub-par experiences. I drive from Hampton to visit this location, no problem, it’s worth the drive! Thanks to this team for really caring about the whole customer experience, for both the child, and the parent!

My son had his first haircut here. The staff were wonderful. They were confident and calm, which made my son calm as well. The stylist who cut his hair was so sweet and quick. They did what we wanted and were even able to clean up the edges around the neck and ears. I would 100% recommend this place. We did the first haircut package and got a cute little card with a picture and a lock of hair!

My little got his first haircut from here and it was the best experience! Staff was super sweet and definitely cared about helping my little adjust to all the tools and the experience. They were patient and everything was very clean! We got the first hair cut package with a photo and lock of hair in the bag. They took several photos and allowed me to re iew and pick my favorite. The haircut was perfect! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
