If I could give this place no stars I would. Went to this location on 2/5/20 at around 6:30pm. There were 4 hair stylists at the salon and only one customer waiting in front of me. All I asked for was a trim. All four hair stylist said they could not take me. One of them did not even have a client. She stated she needed to leave. Went on 2/7/20 at around 6:20pm. There were two stylists their that left me waiting at the counter for 2O minutes and when I told them I just wanted a trim. They both declined to give me service. Asking if I had an appointment of which I said no. One of them told me to call back at 7:30pm. I have been going to various hair cutters for over 30 years and have always been able to do a walk in. I am African American with natural hair and truly believe that is why none of the Caucasian hair stylists want to serve me. So if you are a person of color this is definitely not a place you want to go. Look elsewhere. Or take the chance of being declined service.

I came in as a walk in just for a shampoo and a blow dry since I was going to my husband’s Christmas dinner party. The stylist I had was professional and very nice. She had done my hair as I liked it and for $17.00 + tip I felt it was well worth it. Would recommend to anyone who needs a cut and other services to this salon.

I’ve had one good experience here The last two times they did not cut my hair how I asked which was very simple a trim and layers. Seems like every time I go in here there’s new employees it just depends on who you get. The last two times I was there they were openly trash talking the manager. I wasn’t acknowledged at all when I came inI just stood there and the stylist stared at me. I sat down and was waited about 10 minutes before anybody said anything to me. I know you get what you pay for but a certain level of professionalism should be expected here also.

Critical: QualityHair cuttery ha messed my head up again…can they not hire competent stylists? I went in last saturday to get a haircut had a ball cap on so hair was not in its usual style. Told the stylist my hair parted down the middle. She tried to convince me it parted on the side and proceeded to cut it to part down the side. As well she did a terrible job on the cutting it is all messed up now and has little to no consistancy in the was it lays. Have the district manage contact me at [email protected]. this is the 2nd time they have done this. Lexii is awesome! I took a chance as a walk in and she did an awesome job! She set me up with some cute highlights, a trim, and a touch up on my undercut. She was very easy going and fun to chat with. I live almost 40 min away and I will be coming back to this location to see Lexii again.

Never again. The girl who cut my hair had only been there a month. She was very unorganized with bottles and combs falling off her counter constantly. I have very thick hair and asked for a trim and thinning. She kept having to go to other people’s station to borrow things. As she was thinning my hair it looked like she was taking a hack saw to my hair. I said I’m pretty sure that is not the way to thin hair. I have been told by every other hair stylist I’ve ever had that you never thin all the way from the root of the hair to the ends. She responded with, well I have never heard that before. When she finished, my hair was a frizz ball and she said, okay is there anything else I can do for you today? I said yes, can you please put some product or something in to fix this? She responded with, hummmmm let me go ask someone what I can use.

So thankful for “ALEXTRA” who saved my son from a jacked up haircut that he got from “Great Clips,” across the street by “MICHELLE.” My son came in with a messed up, uneven, hard part and a bad fade (it was just a mess all around). “Alextra” was great and was able to fix a terrible haircut. Now my son’s hair looks so good. Thank you girl, you hooked it up!

I got my haircut tuesday and the hairstylist was horrible. She cut way too much off when I told her not to. She was very unfriendly, treated me poorly and made me feel like I shouldn’t be there. You lost a paying customer and I will never go back.

I came in hesitant because I have curly hair and it is really hard to find someone who can deal with curls, but Rinni did a great job. I strongly reccommend her if you have curly hair and are worried about a stylist messing it up.
