The Real Rainbow Room
I took my son there today and received the worst haircut I ever seen. I asked stylist to current it once and when my son came back it was worse. Horrible the person that cut his hair should not be allowed to cut hair period. Then being polite my son left a $5 tip. Bringing the total to $25. Magically when I got home and check my credit card it had increased to $30. I don’t know who runs this location but they should take a look at their stylist. I want my money back, including the extra money that they charge my card.

Called in for Deep Conditioning and Hair cut, the lady said yes we do provide such services, so I went in there. When reached there and sat for Deep Conditioning..she had no hair steamer or conditioners Spa machine. The Haircut was so sad and I was charged full for such service. NEVER GOING BACK EVER AGAIN. Great personalities, nice atmosphere, reasonably priced. Take the time to describe exactly what you want and you’ll leave with a good cut (there have been a few exceptions but I’ve been going there since the shop opened and am still going). Highly recommend using the Great Clips app for advance check-in; you can do other things while you wait instead of sitting there for a while when they’re busy.

Critical: QualityThe lady was nice and the check in was smooth however she rushed my cut and in doing so cut hair that was not supposed to be cut. I wear a bun and I specifically told her just the sides and back however she did not use proper etiquette as far as combing down the parts from my long hair to make sure none would be cut. When I took my bun out a lot o hair fell out because of her rushing.
