Dr Prenik is excellent at taking care of natural hair. She is at the top of hair care & I would recommend her to anyone that needs help taking care of their natural hair. Her focus is making your hair flourish & she gives each of her clients her Best. Give her a try, I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

I attempted to make a booking for crochet braid services with this business during my trip to Virginia over the holiday period. The first appointment was cancelled as the crochet specialist had recently had a member of her family pass away and so the appointments were re-scheduled to take place a bit over a week later. Two ours before my appointment time on the day of the appointment I received a message that the crochet specialists flight was apparently delayed so my appointment would need to be scheduled for the next day at 7AM. I expressed my displeasure as this was very last minute and the new time was quite early and received no update as to a better appointment time or the possibility of at least doing the wash, condition, blow out, and hair consultation portion of my appointment on my actual appointment day with the crochet braid occurring the following day at a more agreeable time than 7AM. I was told that they would be in touch and they never were and failed to pick up their phone after I called several times.
