Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKeona is a well trained hairstylist who treats her clients exceptionally well. She takes the time to understand your goals and makes educated recommendations. I appreciate that she teaches me about hair products that she uses so I can continue to treat my hair on my own time. I’ve been at salons that hide their products and don’t want clients to know what they use and offer the bare minimum on at home care advice. Keona is an open book! She wants me and my daughter’s natural hair to grow healthy so she always teaches overall healthy hair care. Speaking of natural hair, as a natural client, Keona is very aware of heat management and my blow outs have never damaged my curl pattern. That is so important to me! Lastly, she cares for my daughter’s hair as well and her ability to quickly get through that detangling process without tears is nothing short of a miracle!
