I have gone to 5 other hair stylists since moving to Virginia at the end of 2019 and she was the first one I’ve made a follow up appointment with because of both her work and personality! I feel it’s hard to find a stylist that really takes the time to get to know you and exactly what you want instead of just wanting to flip clients as quick as possible for the most revenue. I first came to see Emma to help fix a horrible “platinum blonde” experience by another stylist, let’s just say Emma had her work cut out for her her. From my first experience of interactions with Emma through the beginning, starting with scheduling, which by far was the easiest Stylist I have ever booked with. She was very open, detailed and helpful through her mess that by the time I got to my first appointment I felt as though I had been coming to her for years. After my first appointment I was confident that I had finally found a stylist that I would be able to return to over and over, and thus far it’s proven true because I just walked out with a fresh 7” shorter style which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE, and the color I wanted is always spot on.
