Went in with a middle part and about 5 inches of hair, asked for an inch to be taken off the top and a fade on the back and sides. Left with only 2 inches of hair on the top, less than even the hair stylist suggested she cut, and a completely different style. Would not recommend.

The lady seemed to have an opening but was apparently having a bad day or something. My sons haircut was only $12 but I gave her $20 instead. I got home and closely noticed how his sideburns weren’t even like even and that they looked patchy and his hair was just choppy Idk and I asked if they do designs but she said no. Wont suggest if you want a smoother tight fade!

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI had to wait half an hour for the stulist to finish up a little boys hair cut.and then when. I did sit down i had to tell her to cut all the way up my part 4 divergent times. I left with a half done haircut.because I just couldn’t get her to understand how far I wanted my hair cut on my side.

It was an hour to close when i got here to get my hair cut and i had asked to get it trimmed, cut in layers and get side swept bangs. Woman working tonight was in such a rush to get out of work that she didnt even cut my hair in layers and i noticed it after i paid but she said she wasnt doing anymore, mind you it was only 6:15 not even 7. She was done with me within 5 minutes. Honestly, you lost a customer today. I get that you want to get out of work but it wasnt even close enough to close to claim you were done and try arguing with me.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had booked an appointment with Kelly at 12:30. I came in a few minutes before my scheduled time and tried to check in. The woman at the desk was confused because I was not in the system. Kelly came over from across the salon and loudly insisted that I was a no show, my appointment was at 12:00 and that she waited for 10 minutes for me. I told her that I had booked an appointment the night before for 12:30. She just insisted that I was a no show and made a point of saying again that she waited for 10 minutes for me. The other woman asked why my appointment was not in the system and Kelly said she deleted because I was a no show. That really bothered me because I know I had double checked the time so that I could go to the salon after dropping off my son at preschool. I did look at my email and it was for the 12:30 time. I was mad and embarrassed because she so loudly proclaimed I was a no show in front of everyone at the salon. She was not professional at all and I wonder why she did not know the right time for my appointment and then deleted it out of the system so we could not verify it. I will never book an appointment with Kelly again.
