Critical: PunctualityLissette did great with my daughters hair. What bothered me is that twice I had an appointment with her and twice she did not even show up at her own salon for my appointment. This was even after I had sent her a message reminding her that I would be there that day for my scheduled appointment. I can understand forgetting once, but twice is extremely disrespectful. What I noticed is that she did not ever send out a confirmation for your appointment so if she would do that than perhaps she wouldn’t forget to be at her salon when she has a client scheduled.
