This is the WORST experience I ever had. When scheduling my appointment, I wanted a balayage she said that was fine. My appointment was at 2pm she rushed me and said they closed at 4pm. When I got home, washed my hair and I was able to see it not styled, I realized she gave me partial highlights instead of a balayage which is what I initially asked/paid for. I called to let them know, they told me to come back for a consultation. When I came in for the consultation they said they could “fix” it for an additional $200 on TOP of the $240 for a “balayage/haircut” The manager finally confessed that the hairstylist realized what she had done after I left my appointment BUT did not think to tell me. This place is a joke. If this is how they do their services, they shouldn’t be in business at all!!! Total rip off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I am totally surprised of the reviews they have. I never been treated like this before!!! Tylor C. damaged my hair very unprofessional.

Trichelle is fantastic at what she does! My hair was long overdue for a cut and color. I came in with quite the range of inspiration pictures and didn’t really have a clear vision of what I wanted. She took a look at the pictures and was able to tell me what would work best with my hair and the level of upkeep I wanted. She’s honest and yet can still capture the look you are going for. The girls at Artistry SALONSouth are truly hair professionals, and their work consistently shows it. My hair has never been so pampered than my visits to this salon, which is located in such a cute location in Franklin, TN. Kelsey took the time to consult with me to fully understand my hair vision before transforming my hair, paying fine attention to every color detail. She was even able to style my hair for my vintage pre-wedding shoot, which turned out exactly how I envisioned. My friends have had nothing but similar positive experiences with the other stylists at the salon as well. Talented and down to earth group of ladies.
