This is the best Barbershop in town. I’ve been a client since I’ve moved to Nashville two years ago and I refuse to let anyone else cut my hair. I’m a regular to David or Ryan, but they are all skilled. You won’t regret becoming a client. They have an online booking platform that makes it so easy to book ahead and see what is open. Positive: QualityI was going to leave a 2 or 3 stars at first. My first time getting my haircut. I had a bad experience the day I step foot in that shop but Will made it a 5 stars. I had never like any of my hair cuts in the past with all the diff barber and cosmo. Most of the time after getting a hair cut, I would go back home and recut my own hair. I was going to leave a 2 or 3 stars at first. My first time getting my haircut. I had a bad experience the day I step foot in that shop but Will made it a 5 stars. I had never like any of my hair cuts in the past with all the diff barber and cosmo. Most of the time after getting a hair cut, I would go back home and recut my own hair. They’re some ok ones but nothing to brag about until I got a haircut from Will…..dam he is good.

If you’re looking for a classic barbershop feel, conversations you can’t find during normal public interactions, this is your place. It blows my mind someone would have an issue with their customer service, as they are all extremely honest and straight forward. You can trust they will be up front and to the books, with any potential hiccup being delivered clearly throughout the appointment reservation process. The only time I did not love my haircut, the barber asked me, “Are you sure? I have been getting my haircut here for over 2 years now and have yet to have the same barber twice. If you’re looking for a classic barbershop feel, conversations you can’t find during normal public interactions, this is your place. It blows my mind someone would have an issue with their customer service, as they are all extremely honest and straight forward. So, I love that Forty Ten has extended hours in the evening. I’ve had my hair cut as late as 9pm! That’s dedication on their part. They are always very professional and nice. Huge fan of Forty Ten! It’s a fantastic shop with excellent customer service and talented and kind barbers. I’ve had my hair cut by several of the guys (Ryan, Chris, Abishai) and am always pleased. My work schedule is such that I can’t get away during regular business hours. So, I love that Forty Ten has extended hours in the evening. I’ve had my hair cut as late as 9pm! That’s dedication on their part. They are always very professional and nice. Highly recommend!

Well, I left that place without paying for the haircut cause he butchered me up pretty bad. I was in a tight spot, and the only place open with availability was Forty Ten. I made an appointment and was scheduled with Chris. He asked me what happened and set a clear expectation that he will try his best to fix the hack job that took place before him seeing me. He made it a point to turn me away from the mirror while he was working, and when I was done, he turned me around, and I was simply blown away by how good my hair turned out. I went about my day and went to my event. Fast forward a couple of months, I got a Christmas gift certificate from my mother for a pretty popular barbershop in town that is named after a Forrest animal rhymes with Goose (M). Well, I made the mistake of going there and once again was JACKED up and still made to pay for my haircut. I once again went back to the Forty Block and saw Chris. Once again, Chris saved the day, and I looked on point like non-point! Both of these occurrences took place about 2.5 years ago, and ever since then, I will only go to Forty Ten Barbers and see my guy Chris. He is friendly, professional, timely, and will always ask you what you’re feeling and make any suggestions accordingly as he sees fit in his expert eyes.
