My hair came out fine. However, I had concerns about receiving the full experience advertised for first timers. Although she responded, she did not make any attempts to make it right. For $300+ I wanted to get my money’s worth, and I did not. It was extremely disappointing that she did not offer to try and fix anything, maybe offer full service on the next visit, absolutely nothing. I have to know find someone else to get this full service which will be another $300. Very upsetting.
