I am not the type to leave bad reviews — in fact, in a lot of cases I’ll leave GOOD reviews when I can. However, I am beyond frustrated after having walked out of this barber shop. I’ve been growing out my hair for a couple of months, and was planning to grow it out a lot more — getting trims here and there to shape it up; which was what I went in for today.

Mike just cut my hair and did a fantastic job. it’s the little details that count. like the hot towel on your neck, the lotion on your neck. the ear hair trim. My husband took our son here to get his hair cut. He had about an 1.5 inch wide strip from front to back that Kelly (supposed to be owner) left on him that was 2 inches longer than the rest of his hair. I took him back and her answer was just comb his hair over to the side and its fine. I said no fix it correctly like you should have done in the first place. I will never go back to a place that sees they messed up and then the first response isn’t oh my let me fix that so sorry it happened no they want you to live with what they did and leave them alone cause they already got their money.
