Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySat for 40 min with my son watching people who came in after us get haircuts. My usual dude Ken had someone in his chair. Cool, i don’t mind waiting for my regular barber. But Not a single other barber asked if my son needed a haircut… while they had empty chairs and served people who came in after us. Couldn’t help but feel like we were ignored because guess what…. we’re white. I went in to get my grandsons hair cut. I was not welcomed or asked could they help me nothing. The hair cuts I saw looked good from what I saw, but the attitude was nasty. I asked 1 barber could I get my grandsons hair he said no with an evil response. I asked 2nd man, he said yea he gotta wait in line. I replied we know that we wait in line. I asked for an owner the woman in there was nice and apologetic. I LEFT WENT TO ANOTHER BARBERSHOP More info on that…MY POINT IS COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM IS KEY. THE JUST LOST 3 LIFETIME CUSTOMERS 2 GRANDSONS AND MY HUSBAND.
