I used the online check in at 3:45 and it said 85 minutes so i get there at 5:15 and they told me it was another hour. I couldn’t wait an extra hour so i walked out. They need to get better at scheduling Haircut

My 2 young daughters had a great experience getting their hair cut for the 1st and 2nd times ever. Ruth was wonderful with them both and let me stand by them to get pictures. I checked us in online and she was ready for us right when we got there so no waiting. Definitely recommend

Why no appointments? You’re open less hours than in the past and the online check in is regularly around 90 minutes. Things have apparently changed, so why hasn’t the business model? It’s absurd that you basically have to plan your day around getting a haircut.

Really depends who’s cutting your hair, most of my experiences here have been good but I have had a time or two that the haircut just didn’t turn out how I asked wich is interesting because I usually do just a standard fade.
