Positive: Professionalism, QualityIf I could give Chloe one thousand stars, I would. I had a terrible bleach job done at another salon, and she squeezed me in in the evening and stayed way late to fix my hair. She is so knowledgeable and so so understanding and not at all condescending when I told her of my situation. She really listens to you, and lets you know what will and won’t work. She chats with you like you’ve known her forever, and I trust her completely, which is hard for me to do, as I have very long blonde hair I’m very protective of.Maddy also did my updo for my wedding and it turned out gorrrrrrrgeous!!I get so many compliments on my hair after leaving Salon 3|5. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in the FM area. Seriously, if you go anywhere besides Salon 3|5, you’re an idiot. I took my 11 year son today to Ryan Benz, I felt like he really listened to what my child wanted. My child is very attached to his long hair and he did an Amazing Job!!!
