i went in today to get a haircut and explained that i wanted an inch off and long layers/blending so my hair wouldn’t look choppy when all straight. The stylist confirmed what I said, but proceeded to not do that at all. She left my hair super uneven, with several pieces way longer than the rest, and one chunk of hair in the back being much shorter so my hair does look super choppy. I’m incredibly unhappy about this and don’t have time to go get it fixed somewhere else. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone i know

The worst hair cut I have ever had. I feel like I need to cover my head. No way would I recommend this place. Sad I used this business in both Sioux Falls and Rapid City Sd also happy with service. She blamed the shape of my head. I have had this cut for over 3 years and never a problem. She chopped my hair instead of laying it. Wouldn’t listen to me when I said something.

We walked in to a 40 minites wait which was better than the 5 hour wait at Sports Clips. I was not aware of the prevalence of online booking in this niche of salon! Great to know goinh forward to minimize wait time and “save your spot”. We saw Autumn. She did a fantastic job on my son’s far grown out super mullet. She cleaned up his sideburns and asked frequently if he was good with the length as she went. She even let him out his hat in to see where the length would be and if it was good for him. She was great! Very friendly stylists and nice environment. Great prices as well. 19 for a cut. 8 for a beard trim. 75 for an updo style. We will be back.

Had an appt for 4, got a notification it got pushed back an hr, went there right at 5 on a sunday(didn’t realize they closed at 5) door was locked, gal would not open the door until she seen I wasn’t happy, she opened it though and told me nothing after 5. Very disappointed with their scheduling system

I check in, I’m told it’s going to be an hour. I check back in an hour, there are 18 people ahead of me, and only 2 behind me. So it wasn’t an hour, it was actually 2-1/2 hours. After I made zero movement in the line after an hour, I went somewhere else, where I waited less than 5 minutes, same price, great haircut. By the time they notified me that It was my turn via text I had already got a haircut went to JCPenney bought bath towels clothes etc went to Barnes & Noble. Please, what a joke.
