I have edited my review to 1 star due to the customer service. I made an appointment for a full highlight and did not get it. When I contacted them Caitlin said that my hair stylist (Gaby Dossi) and I had made a “verbal” agreement when I got there to do something different.

Chloe is an absolute sweetheart and very attentive. She listens to what your hair goals are and helps you achieve them! I have been blonde forever and wanted to go towards a lower maintenance look and she nailed it! Definitely recommend her.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Had the worst experience with Gabrielle Dossi and her assistant Ella. They treated me so poorly! They did my hair a couple times, and she did an ok job with it. However, I recently had a baby and wasn’t able to go for a while. I finally got an appointment (in May) but the day of my babysitter called sick (I have two other children) and wasn’t able to go. So I get charged for the full service (which I wasn’t happy about but ok) then I never hear from them for MONTHS when I try to reschedule. I reached out multiple times and never heard anything. I finally call the salon thinking maybe they changed the way they schedule… I book an appointment over the phone, but then get a call saying it was double booked! So I try re-scheduling and said they were booked completely until October (this is in July) even though online there are tons of openings! And this is how they are treating clients not even new clients. Absolutely ridiculous – especially when they did my hair in such a way that it has to be maintained or it looks horrible!

Tiffany is amazing! Her expertise in color rocked my hair. I’m going grey and she found a way to blend my natural color and the grey with gorgeous hi lights and low lights. Parlour 3 is a lovely place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend Tiffany and Parlour 3.

I have been going to Parlour 3 (specifically Abbie) since I moved here in 2020. I cannot say enough good things! Abbie is amazing with blondes, I have very dark natural hair and go back and forth between blonde and brunette. She always nails exactly what I’m wanting and really does it better than how I imagined it. They have a good product selection and I like that they carry Shu Uemura which can be super hard to find elsewhere. The customer service is excellent and I’ve had a couple encounters with the owner who seems very sweet and customer service focused as well. It’s a little expensive but you get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny. I highly recommend Parlour 3 to anyone looking for expert level hair stylist!

Savannah P and Brittany B made me feel so wonderful. I got a huge confidence boost and my hair is amazing! They worked so well together and were so fun to be around. I can’t wait to sit in Savannah’s chair again and have a shampoo by Brittany. I’ll be scheduling my cuts with Brittany soon! Tell all your friends, this is the place to be. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMaggie is incredible, she’s been able to give me the exact results I asked for without compromising my hair. Her attention to detail is unrivaled… and if you are like me and did the pre covid LOB (long bob)but now want your long hair back her extensions are spot on. Tiffany consistently does an amazing job with my color. If you’re new to the salon and you aren’t happy with your hair after an appointment, call and they’ll work with you. There are quite a few colorists and stylists and management can help you find the best match. Highly recommend this salon— and Tiffany Van Hook!

Reached out to the salon months ago.. finally got a bridal trial scheduled after months of emailing back and forth, because they do not schedule over the phone. They emailed me the night before my bridal trial at 8 pm and said they had to cancel because of a conflict, and did not offer alternative dates. Was hoping for much better service.
