It definitely depends on who your stylist is so do some investigating before you book. The first time I was there my hair couldn’t have looked better. The second time, in which I picked any stylist available, I was very disappointed. I have long hair and asked for curls. These curls looked like I just walked out of a Disney movie and played a 10-year old. As long as you get the right person, you’ll love it! Just do your due diligence before booking.

Positive: ProfessionalismI had my hair done in November for a bachelorette weekend. It was not done to the same quality as other DryBar experiences. I spoke with the owner & she assured me that they would be doing additional training on the employee who did my blowout and offered me a complimentary service on my next visit. Great customer service!
