I have been coming to this salon for years & have always been pleased. There is new management now & you can certainly tell. The place is dirty, she is always going out to smoke (I have had to wait for her to come back & unlock the door), she is not in uniform, unprofessional & lazy. I feel for the other lady that has to take “orders” from her because she is rude & belittling in front of customers. I may be finding another salon because she is NOT friendly to anyone. Sad to see a business go down because of poor management & nobody will do anything about it.

Amber is one of the best hairstylist. I take both of my grandsons for hair cuts, and I go there myself. She consults with each of us before she does anything gives her advice, and answers ant questions. She is very knowledgeable about hair and I trust her opinion. As busy as she is, she takes the time with each of us and never rushes. She has a great personality and is very helpful. Snartstyle is very lucky to have her. I highly recommend her.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent into this location today to get my hair trimmed. My hair WAS down to my lower back. I showed Amber twice where I wanted my hair cut to. Twice I asked her to cut it to my mid back ( bra strap area). She whacked it off to the shoulders. Ten years of growth gone in less than a minute. I have thyroid issue so my hair falls out and grows really slow. I told her this. I mentioned all the expensive hair growth stuff I have to buy. She still chopped my hair off. When I called to complain to the manager, she said, “Your hair is gone there is nothing I can do.” Then told me to call Corporate. No empathy…nothing. The week before Christmas and my hair is hideous. I have not had short hair since I was 6 years old. I called Corporate like the manager said and it went straight to voice mail. Questionable. I don’t know if Amber did this because she hated women with long hair or just heavy set women.
