I’m not even sure where to start. I didn’t want to write this but felt I needed to to save someone else the trouble I went through. I went in and asked for either white or silver hair. Olivia stated that white would turn yellow faster after a while so I went with silver. Long story short, after 4 1/2 hours, I was shown blonde hair on top, silver on half the back, white on the sides and a streak of brown across the bottom of the back. I was told that this was what ALL the hair styles looked like when dyed silver. I also got a haircut while I was there that looks choppy at best. I went to Walmart and got a box due that turned out better than Olivia’s dye job. I was embarrassed to even go out in public after what she did. Choppy cut and half done dye job. And the only thing she did to make it better was offer to add more product!!

Olivia is the owner and operator of Atomic Hair in Bristol, TN. Her shop is neat, clean and even a tad bit whimsy, which reflects her personality perfectly! She was personable, easy to talk with and was actually a very interesting person. My daughter and I came to her for a permanent that day. It was my daughter’s first, so we were a bit nervous about how it would turn out and if she would like it. Even though Olivia took her time with us, she was still quick and very efficient. My daughter’s perm turned out beautifully and we plan to go to her for all of our hair care needs. I’ve been a salon owner from another state for 25 yrs. I moved down here & looked for a hairstylist so I gave this place a try. I have been there twice for a redo on my color because the first time she did my color it turned out yellowish orange and my cut omg is a chopped mess. I’m very unhappy with the terrible job done on my hair. I feel this owner needs some more schooling and experience b4 she continues to do hair.
