my boyfriend just came out of getting a hair cut at this place, he seen the girl that’s short and has short hair always there. he normally don’t see her, but the girl he normally sees is gone for the summer. well, the girl no joke took 5 minutes to cut his hair and told him she couldn’t cut his hair on top because it was already short. not to mention she cut his neck like this in the picture below. NEVER will we ever be back to see this girl.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been getting my hair cut here for years. Recently I had back surgery and was unable to go anywhere so I attempted to cut my own hair which didn’t turn out so well. Once able to get out again I came here to get my hair cleaned up and fixed as best as possible. I specifically told Kimberly, at least four or five times, not to shave my head. Told her repeatedly to leave some hair on top and that I did not want my head shaved. She then proceeded to shave my head bald, right down to the scalp. I then said, ‘hey, I thought I said over and over that I did not want my head shaved.’She then proceeded to explain to me what I did wrong when I tried to cut my own hair. I did not need her to tell me what I did wrong, I came there to get my hair fixed. Critical: CleanlinessI went last year, and the lady who did my hair, Dana, did an amazing job! I wished she was still there. However, not long ago, I had went to get my hair trimmed. The lady told me that i needed a mask. I didn’t have one so they provided me and my friends daughter with masks. Them masks were never washed. They had makeup from previous people who have worn them and they smelled horrible. After that, I won’t be back there. Mrs. Kim did a wonderful job on my hair. She fixed a bad haircut and im super happy. I liked the extra precautions they are taking cause of covid. Wearing mask and checking temperature , plus asking the questions. Very polite and friendly. Will recommend.

Booked an appointment to get my son’s hair cut but when I showed up the woman said they wouldn’t do it because he is 2 and isn’t wearing a face mask. Then she said even if he was wearing a mask they wouldn’t cut his hair because he could suffocate. I said I understood, however, I believe when you book ahead online and check the box for a junior haircut it should specify that 2 and under cannot get haircuts at this time. Thankfully a man working at the JC Penney salon cut his hair and did a great job.

By far the worst experience I’ve had trying to get a haircut. We checked in online and arrived at the designated time but the two ladies working were with people…fine, no problem. So we wait and wait and wait while listening to the one stylist Donna, whose sweater is absolutely covered with other people’s hair, talk loudly about her poor experience trying to buy a jet-ski to the poor man trapped in her chair. When the other stylist FINALLY finished the other man’s cut instead of taking us back she took back a group of six people who must have been friends or family members because she didn’t bother asking their names or checking them in. We gave up and went to the place at Walmart and got great haircuts with no wait. This place is worthless!
