I am leaving this review because I was involved in a situation with the older lady that works there. I am a Walmart associate and I was asked to translate for the 3 clients. When I got there she told me to tell them that she isn’t cutting their hair. This woman went on a very discriminative rant on me. She repeatedly said, “If they don’t speak English, then I am not cutting their hair.” In no way form or matter was this okay. From what all she said towards me and them, I really do know she was discriminating. I stood there in shock. This really isn’t okay. This isn’t SmartStyle’s values, and their should be consequences.

The girl that cut my hair didn’t do a good job. I have curly hair and she proceeded to use a comb on it. All hairstylist should know not to use a comb on someone that has curly hair. And when I said ouch. She said oh another one with a soft head.
