Horrible haircut. Literally spent 15 mins cutting my hair. Didn’t ask me what I wanted to do with sideburns, just squared one off even though I have a beard. Then tried to fix it once I said I wanted it blended. Now I have one side burn blended and one squared. Didn’t ask if I wanted the back rounded or squared. I have no idea what it looks like since she rushed me out without showing me. Will have to get another haircut tomorrow to fix this haircut that she gave me tonight. 45 min service started 5 mins late and lasted only 25 mins. Hard to believe someone that bad remains employed at your shop. Will not be going back.

This is an excellent upscale alternative to the budget and sport hair cut chains. My husband’s experience with stylist Antwan was tops. He took the time to find out what my husband wanted. Even better, he took the time to give him a quality cut and stylish new look.

Just because you serve a drink does not make up for the lack of customer service, especially considering the prices you charge. After making an appointment and waiting nearly 15 minutes without acknowledgment, a curly old lady stylist gruffly calls my name and simply points to her chair, no introductions, no hi, nothing. She then proceeds to leave me while she walks outside within eyesightof where I’m sitting to offer some homeless guy some money. She proceeds to stay out there leaving me just chilling in her chair for five minutes. Never. Again. What a joke.

The experience was incredible, she saw me for a few seconds and nailed the style on the spot, she was very attentive to detail, and made the haircut in a few minutes like it was magic, the hot towel treatment, the ash facial mask and the hand massages were superb. I entered the Salon and asked for a simple Haircut. The Salon was completely empty, no customer. The Lady at the desk declined it very unfriendly. No problem for me, if they don’t need money, another Barber will get it.

What I was really going to a high-end salon for was the “consultation” that is advertised with each cut. However, my barber was not comfortable giving me advice when I said I was looking for suggestions, so I ended up just asking for the basic cut I’ve been getting for a decade. Everyone there was nice, and the haircut was fine, but I got the feeling that what you are paying for here is the pool table and the complementary beer and so forth, not particularly talented stylists. I’m sure The Boardroom is a good fit for some, but I left feeling disappointed.
