I had to ask for fixes to my son’s haircut multiple times…I was still not satisfied but my 3 year old and I were too tired to stay longer so I just settled with what we had. The hairdresser was obviously inexperienced and the price was fairly cheap compared to other places, so I didn’t really care that much. After cleaning my son up from the hair that went into his neck and his back (yes, she didnt even put the cape right) The credit card reader was broken and when asked, I agreed to give a 20% tip (which I found really generous given the circumstances) just to find out through an emailed receipt, that the hairdresser gave herself a 40% tip. I’m never going back to this place and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it. Booking a proper haircut for my son somewhere else, hopefully before Christmas. Such a waste of time and money.

Recently Yin gave me a “Good Luck” hair cut because I was going in for a job interview and I got the job! Great people, great atmosphere and great service!

I was 15 min late for my appt. I tried to reach them by phone to advise but couldn’t because the line was continuously busy. I arrived and was told I was next, but they took other customers. I waited 40 minutes, and finally left. The salon is filthy, there was no AC and the minimal staff they had on duty on a Sat afternoon were unconcerned about providing any level of customer service.

This is a great hair cuttery location. My husband and I have both been regularly coming here for over a year now and we always receive great haircuts and solid customer service for a low price. I think some folks “look down” on hair cuttery vs “fancier” salon, but these ladies really know what they’re doing. We’ve always been very satisfied with our service here. I usually just show them a photo of myself with the haircut and style I’m going for, and they deliver basically perfectly every time. Shoutout to Regat for a great haircut today!
