Terrible haircut! Showed the woman 3 times a picture of the hair and request a taper fade. She then said that she didn’t see the picture well when asked why she just shaved off the sides & it’s so choppy and uneven. The hair cut looks nothing like what was asked for. Staff should be mindful that people can hear their conversations especially when talking rudely about their own customers.

Marlen is amazing, carely, she recommends you the best or what it could be better. Marlen is not money matters she really want you to he satisfied. 3 months ago Coincidentally I walk into this Spa salon and now this is my place, I don’t even mind to drive from Manassas.
