Served by: Kathee. She was friendly, conversational without overdoing it, and gave me a great haircut in under 30 minutes. I didn’t have much time, going in over my lunch hour, and I still had time to grab a bite to eat before heading back to work. The onwner of the Ashburn and Leesburg keeps asking for more money and is so rude. She is so unprofessional. I am given one price, then she decides to hike it by raising it over and over. Awful service and getting duped by Seven a hairdresser and Diane the owner. Only the head of this Franchise can stop her.

This review is not a reflection of the stylists but rather management of the salon. Hours posted online and on the door indicated the salon opened at 10am. I arrived at 10:30am and the salon was still closed. This is not good customer service especially when you focus on walk in clientele
