Critical: ProfessionalismI took my son to get his haircut for his bday. The woman , Kat, told me she wouldn’t be able to do it well enough. All I wanted was a simple cut . Buzzed with an 8 on the sides and scissor cut on top!! Why even work as a hair stylist if you cannot perform the simplest of styles !!?!? I was unable to find a mask to wear to follow guidelines but it was understood to me that hair salons were providing masks for their customers if they were unable to have one of their own. So I simply asked if I was correct in hearing this and was confronted with a hateful and disrespectful tone that was very much unappreciated. I was unable to find a mask to wear to follow guidelines but it was understood to me that hair salons were providing masks for their customers if they were unable to have one of their own. The lady who I am assuming was in charge because she handled the register was absolutely hateful. She will never again touch my children. There was a young stylist who did my youngest sons head and she was wonderful. She laughed and enjoyed herself and was absolutely sweet as can be. The older lady who did my older son was rude, had an attitude, made every excuse she could not to finish his hair. We ended up just saying its fine so we didnt have to continue dealing with her attitude. She left all of the cutt odf hair all over my sons body and all over his clothes. She was told he is a special needs child and she was still absolutely horrible to him and had zero patience. If she is there next time, she will not touch my childs head.

Brought in two kids, age 5 & 3 (boys). Stylist was friendly and mostly patient with them, in spite of their wiggles. However, once home the haircuts just looked rather shaggy. Missed hairs, places in back that were uneven, etc. $30 was too much, considering we’ll probably have to go back to our regular Great Clips to get them cleaned up. I was hoping for something here in Bedford, so I wouldn’t have to go all the way in to Lynchburg to get their hair cut. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for us.
