Critical: ProfessionalismHad a scheduled appointment today 10/06 at 4:30 pm. I showed up and they were closed. Notice said they were on an hour lunch break. WTH!! I had an appointment!! I’ve been here before and they’ve always done a great job, but I didn’t appreciate what happened today. I come all the way from Norfolk to see them because for some reason the one here is never open.
