I am a licensed stylist who is big on reviews. After checking reviews i thought this would be a great place to get my butterfly locs. Well i was wrong! Wrong! Wrong! I have had my hair done for about 4 days, I am so unhappy that i started taking them out ,$150 gone! Now as i attempt to remove this debacle my hair appears matted and knotted. THIS IS A WARNING: DO NOT USE THE SERVICES AT THIS SALON. THEY OWNER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SHE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SATISFACTION OF HER CUSTOMERS. SHE PUT A SCAR IN MY HEAD WITH THETHREADING NEEDLE. I TOOK THE HAIR OUT AFTER A FEW DAYS BECAUSE I FELT PAIN IN MY SCALP. WHEN I TOOK THE HAIR OUT I HAD A SCAR. WHILE TALKING TO TGE OWNER SHE BECAME VERY NASTY AND REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND. IT WAS THE PRINCIPLE, AND NOT ABOUT THE MONEY. IF YOU READ THE OTHER REVIEWS, YOU WILL SEEA PATERN.
