I schedule the 10:30 AM appointment with Adia, she never picked up the phone so I had to reschedule with a different stylist at the salon. At 12 o’clock she calls me back letting me know she’s really sorry that she’ll take me at 4 PM. I’ll come at 4 PM when I get there. This was the absolute worst experience of my life!! The salon price is $100 for basic sewin, I booked through Adea‘s website which she is up charging $40 from the actual salon price that I had no clue about…..Through text messages she told me $120 (took $20 off because she missed the early appointment) Little did I know it’ll be an extra $20 just to get it straightened? Lol on the salon website every installation says styling as included. But she insisted that I book through her website so I pay her prices lol she just needs to go do her own hair at her house if that’s how she thinks. So unprofessional and just rude…. Honestly had a feeling she stole some of my hair when I went into the bathroom and replaced it with her stuff cheap hair in her dresser. I was in pain the entire time when she was braiding my hair, i’ve never had any stylists do that before. It’s like she was pulling my hair so hard each time she twisted. It was so painful my entire scalp was red when she was done. My tracks were showing from underneath my leave out, I didn’t even notice until I left the salon. she worked after hours for this, But that’s only because she missed earlier appointment because she was “asleep”…. She has her own Instagram page that’s where I booked her from…..I will never be back at the salon again. I do not recommend you come here….. Unprofessional. Super shady. I made an appointment with Adia last Saturday for 10am. I get there for her to be a no show, I was coming to Adia every 2 weeks to help maintain my sew in because I have never had one and didn’t really know what I was doing. I get there and the owner Victoria says she tried calling me but was calling the wrong number because she apparently didn’t have her glasses on. That is unacceptable and very unprofessional, it should’ve been Adia’s responsibility to call her client, not Victoria’s anyway. Especially when I became a regular, I would not recommend. Very unprofessional and unorganized, will not be coming back as a client.

Critical: Quality, ValueDO NOT GO TO THIS SALON IF YOU WANT COLORED HAIR. So I just went to the shop yesterday and spent about five hours in the salon only to leave about ready to cry! I sent Victoria pictures earlier in the week of the color I wanted on my hair as well as a picture of my current hair color. She texted me back and said “we got you”. So when I went into my appointment on Saturday I was expecting to get what I asked for. I went in asking for a purple violet color and ended up getting a nasty reddish brown. She did not lift the color on my current hair properly and was not knowledgeable and how long she should keep the products in my hair. Coloring hair is not just simply throwing dye on and hoping for the best. It’s an actual chemical process that salon artists need to be knowledgeable on. Telling somebody that you can give them the hair color that they are desiring but you were really “just winging” it is not acceptable at a professional salon.. The ladies at the salon were very nice and continue to asked me if I was OK. Their customer service is not the issue, the issue is that they are not knowledgeable on how to lift or alter pre existing hair color and I basically felt like a guinea pig where they just threw color on and was like let’s see what happens. If they were not 100% sure that they could give me the hair color I was asking for they should’ve kindly told me that is not something we can could do.
