Toby was amazing! I made an appointment, walked in and we got started. The conversation with her was great, and shampoo felt amazing. Toby was able to correct a previous haircut (NOT from her or this salon), and my hair has never looked better. I got exactly what I asked for. I had my first appointment with Toby last week and she did amazing! I have very thick curly (3a) hair that had been suffering a bit due to a prior haircut and hormones from pregnancy. I asked if she could trim, layer, and over all revitalize my hair and she did just that! My hair is important to me so I know when I’m in good hands. She knows exactly what to do, but also takes suggestions (which I LOVE!).I will DEFINITELY be seeing her again when I need my next trim. Thank you for bringing my hair back from the dead!!!

I had Ann Marie and she was nothing but amazing! I had arrived half an hour before close and she was still extremely patient the entire time. Walked in at 9:10 am on Saturday. There was no one waiting, one person getting their hair cut. There were two available hair dressers, and I could see the screen of upcoming appointments. My two boys could have easily gotten their hair cut well before the 930 appointment, but instead I was told that they would not take walk-ins until 12:30 that afternoon. If they don’t want money for a service, I will take it somewhere else.

MS Michelle was Excellent. My daughter has extreme curly tangled hair from swimming. 2 of the lady’s said we would have to shave her hair and cut it really short which was my worst fear.
