Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI brought my client here whom has a disability. Lorain was the hairdresser, and talked bad about my client in front of him while talking to me. Some sentences she used for instance was “does he always make these weird noises?”. She continued to make fun of his blackhead on his nose. I brought my client here whom has a disability. Lorain was the hairdresser, and talked bad about my client in front of him while talking to me. Some sentences she used for instance was “does he always make these weird noises?”. She continued to make fun of his blackhead on his nose. We called to complain after, and she stated on the phone “well how could he understand?”. Haircut did not turn out well either. She kept making rude comments in front of him and making fun of his disability. She kept saying “oh does he always act like this?” and “how do you have patience for something like this?” Afterwards I called the salon to complain about Laron’s behavior and she said “how could he understand what I was saying?” and that “we can go somewhere else if we have a problem with the staff at this place”. My clients haircut did not turnout good at all. She did not ask the client nor his staff what haircut he wanted and said she’ll give him a haircut she liked. Laron definitely needs to have better customer service and be professional. Don’t have a business if you can’t be inclusive and create a welcoming environment for every customer that walks through your door. She kept making rude comments in front of him and making fun of his disability. She kept saying “oh does he always act like this?” and “how do you have patience for something like this?” Afterwards I called the salon to complain about Laron’s behavior and she said “how could he understand what I was saying?” and that “we can go somewhere else if we have a problem with the staff at this place”.
