Gidget did a great job giving my son his first haircut. The atmosphere was geared especially for kids, but it still lacked the inviting aspect. It also smelled a little of cigarette smoke when I walked in, it almost made me cancel my appointment and walk right back out. I am glad we stayed though because she did do a really great job with my baby’s hair.

This was first time going to this salon. My daughter has really long hair and decided to take a leap and cut her hair into a cute Bob hair cut. Stephanie was so good with her. She talked to her the entire time and thanked her letting her do this haircut on her. Stephanie said it made her day!! My daughter was grinning from ear to ear when she was done. She is in love with her hair. We will be back for sure to see Stephanie.

Our little guy is on the Autism spectrum and really struggles with hair cuts. We have tried various salons, settings, barbers, etc, we just couldn’t get through a complete hair cut. We booked with Cookie Cutters after I read a review from another Autism Mom. The owner (Jennifer) had personally responded & included her email. I reached out, let her know a bit about our situation, no questions asked she added time to our appointment and was incredibly supportive.

This was our first time having our little one’s hair cut, but Hannah was very patient with us and him. She was alone in the shop this night due to someone being out and stayed very calm and focused on our toddler. His cut turned out great and he was a happy camper by the end. This place is a dream come true. My son is autistic, 12 years old and hates getting his haircut. Stephanie did an amazing job making him feel comfortable, was patient with him and did an outstanding job with his cut. This place is catered to children and the fact my child was treated like any other kid is a true blessing. Love the bright colors, TVs and hospitality. God bless the owners for opening a place like this. I’m thrilled to have a place to go that is a no judgement zone and actually treated like I was a human. My son I know felt like he was a celebrity walking out of the shop. Ha! Thank you!!

We took our son(2 yrs old) in for his first professional haircut and they did great with him. Despite him shying and wiggling, the stylist managed to get him a great looking cut, and he left with a smile. They were very patient with him and we will definitely be returning. Kids’ cuts
