NEW REVIEW: After the salon heard about the issues, they invited me back in, checked out my hair, and fixed it to make it absolutely perfect. Both Tiffany and Sydney are extremely professional and handled this situation wonderfully. Will definitely be going back next time I need my hair done!

Sydney is the Queen of Curls! Love her whole perspective on natural hair care, and she’s just so down to earth. I went natural last year after having my hair relaxed (perm for old school folks lol) most of my life, and I was finally ready for the big chop. I felt so light, my energy was just free and flowing from this transformation. Of special note, she is very patient with kids as well. A miracle worker for my little ones long and hard to manage hair type. She listens really well and wants you to be happy with your hair before you leave. This whole salon was a whole vibe on its own and I could feel the good energy from everyone there. Highly recommend!

Positive: Professionalism, QualityThis was my first experience at Tiffanys Hair Spa and Dani just blew me away . She is a new addition here in Clarksville and a literal breath offresh air . She exceeded my expectations and I believe, (if she is not already) will be one of the best stylists in Clarksville . In all the states I have been to she has done the best job ever . I had an outstanding experience with hairstylist, Jazzmin. I went natural a few years ago and honestly it has been challenging. Jazzmin patiently listened to my dilemmas and made quite a few informative suggestions. I decided to try one of her suggestions, knotless braids and I am grateful. Believe me when I say she worked a miracle. Due to extensive head scarf usage; my hair suffered damages in various areas. Jazzmin made a total transformation in my appearance and my self confidence has skyrocketed. I will be visiting Jazzmin at Tiffani’s Hair Spa again. Thanks a Billion Jazzmin.

As soon as I walked in the salon everyone was very friendly. Elise R. was so nice and excited to work on my hair. She presented me with ideas and suggestions that were everything I wanted and more. I didn’t even need to show her my example photos and had total trust in her capabilities after just meeting her. Very happy with the results and will be back 100% Elise was fun and professional I’m so lucky I got in with her today. Best hair I’ve had in years! I walked in with solid brown hair with no shape. As soon as I walked in the salon everyone was very friendly. Elise R. was so nice and excited to work on my hair. She presented me with ideas and suggestions that were everything I wanted and more. I didn’t even need to show her my example photos and had total trust in her capabilities after just meeting her. Critical: Quality, ValueI found it very easy to book an appointment here at Tiffany’s hair spa. The atmosphere was great with very friendly workers. However, I am less than satisfied with my experience here. To begin with I showed up for my appointment and when I got there I was told the lady who was supposed to do my hair couldn’t because she was out for the day due to her cat attacking her. I was told another stylist was going to take me over. I felt I should have been notified prior that my stylist was not coming in and should’ve been given an option to reschedule but I went ahead with it anyway. The new stylist who took me over was the master stylist (most experienced and more expensive) I was then told it was going to cost $80 more for her to do my hair (total $380 now for cut, full foil, and hair treatment) but I agreed anyway with confidence it would be money well spent as this stylist was more experienced. After 5 and a half hours my stylist was finished. She did a decent job on the cut but she cut a decent amount more than discussed and in addition the hair color had almost no difference at all. It is not my first time going from dark brown to blonde, I 100% am understanding that it is a process but I have NEVER seen so little progress made in a full session. I was extremely disappointed with the end result to the point I immediately went to another salon and explained the situation and showed a before picture, they advised me they would ask for there money back… I asked them if they could fix my hair and unfortunately due to the fact it was just put threw trauma (for little to no result) they recommend I wait. Unfortunately, I have already read past complaints on here and it doesn’t look like they have any system for resolving issues such as this and offer no refunds of any kind.
