Dear everyone, I’m Klaire I am Jessica’s Daughter and I know you probably think she put me up to this but no I am doing this “review” just to tell all of you that my mother is the best hair dresser I’ve ever met. This is coming from someone who has pretty hard hair to take care of without her I could never have the hair that I love. I’m very proud of my mother and what she can do. I’ve been with her most of her career journey and she has grown into the best hair dresser and mother I could have.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAs mom of Jessica Ray Ellis, I will begin with how blessed and honored I am to be her “mama”. Jessica has 20 years experience. She has accomplished, achieved and excelled with almost every goal she set for her professional career and her family. Of course there has been challenging times, but she pushed through. This has been possible with help and support of her boss and mentor Andrea and all the fabulous ladies she works with. They truly care bout each other and all strive for success. I gave her 5 stars for her skills in color, cut, and her way of making you smile when you walk in. But if you are not having the best of days, you will be smiling when you leave. Jessica’s #1 commitment is to her clients. She listens to what you expect, and never waivers in her confidence that she can do exactly that. Her skills with color is above and beyond spot on. She always has suggestions on the cut, to ensure with work with your hair type. I know this from 20 years of “kitchen” hair stress and eyeball rolling, lol! But I am mom. She is great with children, as she has a 12 yr old Klaire and Lake who is 3yrs old. She is skilled at men’s haircuts and has many loyal clients and gentlemen are welcome. They also leave feeling confident and handsome. Jessica stands behind her skills and customer satisfaction. I have watched this salon from ground zero to where it is now. Alot of hard work and commitment from Managment and staff has made it the #1 salon on Clarksville. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. So make an appointment and experience Isabella Sophia’s.
