Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueAvoid this place at all costs. I came here with my husband because we just moved to the area and we were still searching for a new hair dresser. It was convenient on a Saturday morning to come here after booking an appointment online on a whim.I was looking for just a quick hair trim as I was trying to grow out my hair. The hair stylist sat me quickly once I arrived. I don’t remember her name but was she young. She seemed friendly and listened to my concerns, but I have never had someone handle my hair the way she did. She wet it with a spray bottle and aggressively combed through my hair with a cheap brush. I told her repeatedly to be careful because my hair was vulnerable to tangling and hair loss recently (plus you should never brush through hair in such a manner when it is wet). She told me I was tender headed which wasn’t the case at all. After she trimmed it, I made the mistake of saying yes to layers. For the next few minutes I endured more anxiety as she pulled out more of my hair. I was grateful to finally get out of the chair even after finding out she didn’t trim both sides evenly. The left side of my hair is still a few inches longer than the other side. Save your money and the anxiety, people, and go see a real hair stylist.My husband didn’t have much success with his stylist either. His stylist was a young male who was not dressed professionally. What kind of client wants to be sitting with a male hair stylist who has colored hair, painted nails, and a flower in their hair? A client would not take them seriously right? My husband stepped out of Great Clips as disappointed as I was. I noticed no difference in his hair but a minor neck trim. He wouldn’t tell anyone but he was furious with the lack of service provided by people who should not be cutting hair. He is a very busy man and he felt he wasted a 45 minute drive one way to get not get a hair cut.Service: HaircutAvoid this place at all costs.
