My hair was not dyed the color I wanted it to be when I went to ulta. I immediately went to see hollie here and she fixed my hair without a problem. So basically, go to hollie for anything involving hair. She also has a super cute secluded room so you’re not hearing everyone else’s conversations. I couldn’t be happier with my hair!

Only reason I’m giving 1 star is because it’s required. This was the worst; craziest hair styling venture I’ve ever had. It started out that I got there early and had to wait an hour. Then while she was cutting my hair she cut her finger, had my dad put a bandaid on, then asked him to go get her coffee from Mcdonalds’s and then put gloves and then continues with the color that she used the leftover mix on the previous girl (the same mix & bowl!) who was platinum blonde. I had brown hair and wanted a blonde ombré which she said was no problem for $85 total. While applying the mix my dad asked her to put a towel on my neck to protect my skin. She went from using foil to clear wrap on the rest of my hair so half was done with clear wrap and half with foil. My dad was with me and kept asking her certain questions cuz he could see it wasn’t going to be blonde. I ended up with orange fried uneven hair with brown roots, and she bled in my hair while washing it because she had took the gloves off, I didn’t know until her bandaid was stuck in my hair. It took 5 hours total for her to do it. She put toner to put in my hair that was red in color and grinded it into my skin and yanking my head around. I have a neck injury from a car accident and asked to be gentler and she did not care. I also suffer with generalized anxiety disorder and felt like I was going to have a panic attack by the end of it. And she acted like I was crazy in the end for being upset. The manager gave me a refund because my dad had called and explained the situation to the manager and I washed my hair when I got home. My hair is ruined for a couple months now til I can get it done again. I wouldn’t let them touch my dogs fur in the future.
